Bill Bailey is a U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and the founder and President of Rapier Solutions, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. With four decades of leadership across government contracting, cybersecurity, and technical innovation, Bill’s life is defined by discipline, faith, and resilience.

But behind the accolades lies a story of survival.

Born in Detroit, Bill's early years were marked by trauma, adversity, and premature responsibility. His teenager years were much better years filled with family and love. The military offered structure, entrepreneurship provided purpose, and through faith and self-reflection, he found healing.

When the COVID-19 pandemic brought his momentum to a halt, it also shattered the silence he had lived with for years—uncovering the need to rebuild not just his life, but his identity. That breaking point became the beginning of something sacred.
